In 2010, Guillaume Pelland opened an edible path in Quebec as co-owner of the first Quebec edible landscaping company.
In 2013, he pursued his ideals and created Paysage gourmand, drawing inspiration from the principles of permaculture. An avant-garde nurseryman and landscaper, he creates with his team utilitarian and edible spaces that are aesthetic, functional and productive at the same time. The nursery, certified organic, has the greatest possible diversity of edible perennials adapted to the Quebec climate.
