Silvermound (Artemisia schmidtiana) is a perennial herb with finely cut, silvery foliage. Its leaves and flowers have an intense, resinous aroma, making it a great culinary alternative to sage, but use sparingly because of its strong flavor. Harvest from spring to fall to enjoy. Deer resistant.
