Colorful and festive, our varied mix of edible flowers from our “paysage gourmand” demonstration gardens can accompany your dishes from starter to dessert. Example of a seasonal mix: viola with a sweet minty taste, marigold flowers with a delicately spicy taste replacing saffron, maiden pink with a clove aroma and pea flowers, sweet and crunchy. Storage: at least 1 week in the refrigerator.
