The Hazelnut (Corylus cornuta) is a native and hardy shrub. It produces hazelnuts protected by a long, beak-shaped covering, hence its name. The nuts, rich in protein and healthy fats, are eaten raw, roasted, or processed, and are also sought after by wildlife.

Cross pollination, you will need at least 2 specimens for fruit production.
