Showy stonecrop (Sedum spectabile) offers us edible leaves and flowers. Harvest the leaves, crunchy and fleshy, from spring to autumn, waiting for the flowers to arrive towards the end of summer. The flowers are interesting as a garnish for salads and cooked dishes.
