Beach wormwood ‘Mori’s Strain’ (Artemisia stelleriana) is an ornamental perennial with soft, finely textured silvery foliage. Its aromatic leaves, with an intense, bitter and resinous taste, can be used sparingly in cooking, replacing sage to enhance sauces and stews. The flowers can also be incorporated in small quantities for a unique aromatic note. The harvest period extends from spring to fall.
