Faassen’s Catnip ‘Walker’s Low’ (Nepeta x faassenii) is a perennial ground cover with contrasting, aromatic silver foliage. It is used a bit like sage or rosemary. Its lavender-blue flowers can be infused into herbal tea or macerated in floral water. You can harvest the different parts from spring to fall. Catnip is deer resistant but often makes cats happy, as a single plant can attract many of them.
