White stonecrop (Sedum album) is a ground cover distinguished by small, fleshy, pale green to reddish leaves and delicate white flowers. Very hardy and easy to grow, this variety is ideal for rock gardens or green roofs, as it tolerates dry soils well. Its edible leaves, with a slightly acidic taste, can be eaten raw and add a crunchy touch to salads. You can pick them from spring to autumn.
