Wormwood ‘Silverado’ (Artemisia absinthium) is an aromatic plant with precious and rare silver foliage, attractive to many beneficial insects while being repellent to harmful insects, blurring their olfactory tracks, limiting infestations. It is famous for having given its name to a legendary alcohol and pleasantly perfumes bittersweet liqueurs. Used sparingly, it goes well with rich and fatty dishes, as do sage and rosemary, aiding digestion.
